Wayne Russell Collins “has been indicted for kidnapping, robbery, homicide, seven counts of assault and battery, six counts (of) burglary, three counts of domestic violence, three counts of obstruction of justice and three counts of resisting arrest,” Immigration Commissioner Jaime Morente reported.
“As per official communication from the US Embassy in Manila, the subject is a fugitive from justice with a standing warrant of arrest issued by the Justice court of Mineral County, Montana,” the report said.
The US State department has also revoked all passports in his name.
Collins’ arrest came after two days’ surveillance, conducted with agents of the National Bureau of Investigation and representatives of the US embassy in Manila.
