Consistency is hard in the competitive bar environment, if a bar hires a real hottie that is not already mentally corrupt the chances of guys making them their girlfriend and paying them to stay away from the bar scene and away from Angeles City is very high this is one of the many challenges bars encounter in addition to Raids (Illegal and Legal), Change of mamasan or differences between girls and bar managers/owners. These challenges make running a bar a real challenge in current day Angeles City and this month Angelescitylive.blogspot.com wanted to begin its monthly best bar award.

Clark (Angeles City) to Subic proposed railway will attract investors says Trade and Commerce expert in the Philippines

Được đăng bởi Man United

The Clark-Subic railway project will attract more investors and spur development in the entire Central Luzon region.

This was stated by businessman Rene Romero, vice chair of the Pampanga Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Incorporated (PamCham) and president of the Romac Group of Companies.
Romero said that Clark-Subic intermodal railway project, which will be more on cargo train, will be more attractive to investors.

Finished goods and raw materials will be directly taken to the Clark without passing Metro Manila, he said.

Clark Freeport will be more efficient if it has connectivity to the [Subic] seaport, according to Romero.

“We need a train to interconnect fully Clark and Subic. We need a seaport especially when the Clark Green City is already there,” he said.

Romero said that he was informed that the Bases Conversion Development Authority (BCDA) is prioritizing the construction of the railway that will connect Clark to the end line of the P97 billion North-South Commuter Rail in Malolos in Bulacan.

“I personally welcome the plan to construct Subic to Clark railway. I was informed by BCDA that definitely the train from Malolos [in Bulacan] to Clark will be finished before they will implement the Subic-Clark railway. There will be connectivity [between the two freeports] and that is good,” Romero said.

The businessman also cited the need to construct railway systems that will connect Clark and La Union to the North and Baler in Aurora to the East.

“We will have our own train system north of Manila. Clark will become the country’s center of trade and investments. This early, we should prepare Clark to have access to various points in Luzon island,” Romero said.

Angeles City Philippines War v's Drugs: Shabu peddler killed in shootout, 3 others arrested

Được đăng bởi Man United

A suspected street peddler of shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) was gunned down by authorities for allegedly resisting arrest during a buy-bust operation at Barangay Ninoy Aquino, Angeles City late Tuesday evening.

Three others were arrested in separate anti-narcotics drives on the same day.

Central Luzon police director Chief Supt. Aaron Aquino identified the slain suspect as Augusto Dayrit, alias Maruso, a resident of said place.

The arrested other suspects were identified as Irene Pena, 47 and Roland Posadas, 36, both of Brgy. Lourdes Northwest and Ramil Susan, 42, of Brgy. Agapito del Rosario, all of Angeles City.

Aquino said the suspects were in the police roster of illegal drugs personalities operating in Angeles City.

Dayrit had been arrested two years ago for a robbery hold-up offense. He reportedly jumped bail and went into hiding, according to police sources.

On Tuesday, undercover cops were tipped off regarding Dayrit's illegal activities, prompting the police to launch an operation along 2nd Street corner M. Soledad ,which led to the bloody end of the suspect at past 11 p.m.

A caliber .38 revolver was found in Dayrit's possession. Police also recovered a tricycle (1699UX) believed used by the suspect in his illegal drug trade, as well as sachets containing suspected shabu, and spent shells for caliber .45 pistol.

Meanwhile, police confiscated six sachets of shabu and illegal drugs paraphernalia from three suspects who admitted their involvement in shabu peddling in Angeles City.

The suspects were brought to Angeles City Police Office for further investigation as violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act is being readied against them.

PAMPANGA, PHILIPPINES TRAFFIC UPDATE: Angeles City vital road loop opened

Được đăng bởi Man United

In line with the city’s traffic decongestion program, a new road loop along the busy MacArthur Highway in Balibago on Wednesday was formally opened to light vehicles.
Mayor Edgardo Pamintuan led other city officials during the inauguration of the Abacan Loop which is expected to solve traffic decongest traffic in front of the Robinsons Mall, Systems Plus College and other commercial shops in the area.

The mayor said that the newly paved road is designed to decongest the traffic flow in Balibago, Barangay Ninoy Aquino, and parts of Barangay Malabanias.

"I promised this project during my campaign and now we can all enjoy this easy access without contributing to traffic congestion," Pamintuan said.

With the opening of the Abacan loop, motorists coming from the city proper going to Clark Freeport can now use the alternate route inside Malabanias bypassing MacArthur Highway.

The Angeles City Traffic and Development Office also implemented the rerouting of vehicles from the city hall to the new Infinity Road in Barangay Pulung Maragul.

“It is like having a huge rotunda except for the shape. This will help decongest traffic in Pulung Maragul. Going to the MarQuee Mall should be faster than the usual travel time,” the mayor said.
The city government is currently conducting daily clearing operations along major roads to ease traffic.

Angeles Bar Hopper now convicted Killer the Daily Express article below describes Rurik Jutting "The Hong Kong Killer"

Được đăng bởi Man United

As he faces the rest of his days behind bars for the murder of two prostitutes in Hong Kong there’s a sense of disbelief about Rurik Jutting’s spiral from likeable schoolboy to sadistic killer.

He had a gilded upbringing and appeared to have the rare ability to coast through life without making much of an effort. The 31-year-old excelled academically, shone on the sports field and had no problem attracting beautiful women. Yet all his success masked a dark side which was eventually fueled by an addiction to drugs and alcohol.

The older of two boys, Jutting grew up in the Surrey stockbroker belt. Rurik means “special one” or “great prince” and was the name of a Russian leader.

His father Graham was an engineer while his mother Helen ran a nursery class before opening a milkshake bar in Woking. Family homes included a listed mansion in Chertsey, said to have been the inspiration for Toad Hall in The Wind In The Willows.

A class portrait taken at Wallop Preparatory School in Weybridge when he was six years old shows an angelic little boy.

Jutting later won a scholarship to Winchester College where he was a boarder. He is said to have been disappointed that of the thousands of boys who applied he ranked only sixth, not first. Although not particularly popular with his peers he’s remembered by teachers as a “respectful and well-mannered” pupil.

Jutting went on to study law and history at Peterhouse College, Cambridge, where he was also a member of the rowing and cross country clubs.

Contemporaries have described him as “incredibly bright but arrogant”. After graduating in 2008 Jutting decided on a career in elite banking, working first as a trader for Barclays in the City. It was during this period that he developed a taste for the high-life and became obsessed with making money.

He dated a glamour model, enjoyed expensive ski holidays and joined an exclusive private members’ club in trendy Shoreditch.

It seemed Jutting had it all but as his career continued on an upward trajectory there were signs that beneath the superficial charm all was not perfect. His trial heard that he was sexually abused by another pupil at Winchester.

It’s claimed this continued to haunt him throughout his adult life and shaped his personality.

The court was also told that when Jutting was 16 he witnessed a suicide attempt by his father, who tried to slash his wrists. Jutting is said to have used his first City bonus to visit a prostitute and developed a fondness for rough sex.

However, it’s a recurring feature of his background that he was also able to have normal relationships. At one stage he was engaged to a fellow City banker, who is now aged 30, but the relationship ended badly in 2012. It has been reported that Jutting was distraught when he discovered she’d cheated on him.

Soon after the break-up Jutting, by then working for Bank of America Merrill Lynch, was transferred to Hong Kong where his vast £350,000 salary and bonuses were squandered on a hedonistic lifestyle. He rented a luxurious flat in the Wan Chai area, a notorious haunt for prostitutes, where he binged on cocaine and cavorted with high-class call girls.

Usually dressed in scruffy clothes and flip-flops, he would think nothing of blowing £2,000 a night on drink and drugs. He lived alone in the former colony playing computer games, gambling, gorging on fast food and drinking every day.

To help him sleep he would down three quarters of a bottle of vodka. There’s no evidence of any meaningful friendships as Jutting, once ultra-fit, piled on weight. His drug binges left him “like a zombie”, according to one police officer in Hong Kong.

The wealthy banker came to hate his job, despite the riches it provided, and was warned by his employers about his behaviour. At one point he missed a meeting in London and, as an excuse, he told his boss he had HIV.

There were debauched trips to Angeles City in the Philippines, dubbed “Sin City” for its cheap booze and thriving sex industry. It was here that he met a nightclub hostess and began a six-month relationship.

Two weeks before he killed his first victim Jutting invited her to Hong Kong but she couldn’t get a passport. The 22-year-old says there were no indications of his true nature and they even discussed marriage.

She shudders as she says now: “I feel lucky. I am so thankful it wasn’t me.”

Intelligence tests have shown that Jutting is in the top one per cent but a psychiatrist who examined him after the killings concluded that he had a “narcissistic personality disorder”. Jutting fantasized about torture, rape and kidnapping.

Between the killings of the two defenseless Indonesian women (Hong Kong domestic helpers/maids) Sumarti Ningsih, 23, and Seneng Mujiasih, 26, the banker changed the reply that anyone emailing him at work would receive.

Part of it read: “I am out of the office. Indefinitely. For urgent inquiries, or indeed any inquiries, please contact someone who is not an insane psychopath.”

Jutting was taken from court with the warning that he is a sexual predator who will kill again if released. Despite his claims of remorse, the best he can hope for now is to be transferred to a prison in the UK.

AirAsia Philippines may go public before 2018 - INVESTOR ALERT

Được đăng bởi Man United

AirAsia Philippines may go public ahead of the original 2018 target as the airline may turn a profit before then, a company official told reporters Wednesday.

“We were ready to do battle last year. We were merged formally last year, so we’re trying to recover this year, and hopefully continue with the recovery next year to be able to go with the IPO (initial public offering),” President and CEO Dexter M. Comendador said.

AirAsia Inc., which started operating in the Philippine in 2012, and Zest Airways Inc. entered into a merger deal in October 2015 with the surviving entity named Philippines AirAsia Inc.

“It was difficult to create a new airline in 2012 when we started AirAsia in Clark. Then suddenly we had to expand by getting into Zest. We bought Zest kasi maganda ‘yung roots niya,” Comendador noted.

“I’m not very sure of the numbers, but we’re doing very good. Our load factor is between 70 and 80 percent and it's been increasing. That’s why we look forward to having more profit so we may be able to go on IPO later in 2018, hopefully,” the airline official claimed.

This year, three companies have so far raised additional capital via IPO.
Golden Haven Memorial Park Inc. sold P778 million worth of equity during its maiden share sale in June, while Cemex Holdings Philippines Inc. raised P25.1-billion in July and Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. debuted on the Philippine Stock Exchange early this month with a P19.5-billion IPO.

Others planning to list on the PSE are TVI Resource Development (Philippines) Inc. (P1.66 billion), Pointwest Technologies Corp. (P2.21 billion), Green Power Panay Philippines Inc. (P222.8 million), Audiowav Media Inc. (P2.66 billion), Shakey's Pizza Asia Ventures Inc. (P5.5 billion), and Xeleb Technologies Inc. (P736.60 million). — VDS, GMA News - See more at: http://www.gmanetwork.com/news/story/588200/money/companies/airasia-phl-may-go-public-before-2018#sthash.TFXi2HKs.dpuf
