There are plenty of Bars and Plenty of girls but finding one you like is hard work unless you are willing to bar hop - Bar Rankings Angeles City, Hot girl spots etc
Được đăng bởi Man United
The days of guys walking around town with the option of multiple beauties in each bar have gone by and people are complaining a lot about Angeles City in that it is not like it was 10 years ago well guys neither are me and you the same as we were in 2006.
The world changes fast and with different types of tourists in AC namely Koreans and Japanese guys becoming the majority with western visitors still in good numbers dramatically reduced due to the lack of US military activity in Clark (something that could change at any time given the political environment in the South China Sea)
So lets make it clear AC is hard for a 50 year old bloke to walk in a bar and pick a stunning 20 year old girl, be treated like a kind and have sex all night long with the girl with service being exceptionally good.. I can agree that with only a few exceptions this indeed is something that in previous years would have been achievable for everyone visiting AC however we are in 2016 and with the change in time is a change in attitude among the girls and also a change in the availability of girls.
Years ago girls from all over the country flooded AC bars with applications, these girls would be delighted to become a dancer or waitress in a AC bar both to make money and to hopefully meet a western guy who could change their lives for the better.
Today with Facebook so prominent and websites like Dates in Asia, Tagged, Tinder and applications like WeChat, Kakao Talk and Line the girls in their provinces are able to make some money without leaving home so regularly, a large number of girls have got online boyfriends who eventually become real boyfriends but the reality is they are lifestyle sponsors.
Adding to the talent shortage to a certain level are the previous years of raids where girls could be put in Jail for working in the wrong bar at the wrong time that did not pay the ransom required to various groups and organizations. Bar owners are frightened and so rightly they should be with being accused with Human Trafficking violations with respect to recruitment but it remains a country with a lot of beautiful girls and Central Luzon in particular is home to many a "Maganda" therefore anyone hoping to make significant revenue needs to look at the impressive recruitment conducted by the Korean bars for example Aura where girls are all bar released within 30 mins of it opening leaving the dance-floor which is simply exceptional.
The big failure to recruit talent to protect their brands really fall on Club Asia, What was Forbidden City (Now called Carousel), Las Vegas and for the smaller bars Q bar has fallen recently due to the loss of possibly its most popular girls ever in recent years Christina, Zhel, Melody, Kris and Ghiee.
These bars were venues that people loved to go to pick up something special when today their line up only slightly looks better than whats on offer on the Perimeter for a much reduced price.
There is a lot of good work being done by bars such as Kings Landing, Shooterz under Larry Campos has made a massive improvement, Voodoo with Griff back in town has also attracted better girls than the prior Hippo line up 6 months ago. Aura should be commended for setting the standard on Fields but their weakness is western communication but still I am sure they are very happy with their investment.
Gossip has actually done well to date although popularity fluctuates quite a bit, i would not call it over rated but i would say its clean bright and located in a great location, it actually has a lot of potential not only to be a pre and post HISO bar but a genuine competitor providing they recruited a decent DJ and managed space well.
Its all about taking the time to look around in AC today, 2016 you cannot go to the usual places, you cannot guarantee today will be the same line up as yesterday but what you can guarantee is that if you look around you will find some amazing girls in AC and it wont take too much effort.

21 Central Luzon cops found with bogus civil service eligibility
Được đăng bởi Man United
The policemen are said to have submitted false Civil Service Commission eligibility papers, which would have allowed them to apply for the Philippine National Police without taking and passing the Napolcom entrance examTwenty-one police officers assigned in various areas of Central Luzon have been found to have submitted bogus civil service eligibility when they applied to the police force.
In an emailed statement on Thursday, February 25, Chief Superintendent Rudy Lacadin, Police Regional Office 3 director in Camp Olivas in this province, said the 21 policemen were discovered “to have submitted fraudulent Civil Service Commission (CSC) eligibility when they applied for the Philippine National Police from 2010 to 2015.”
Right after the discovery of their fake civil service eligibility recently, Lacadin said 10 of the police officers resigned, one went absent-without-leave, while the remaining 10 were assigned to the Regional Holding Administrative Unit while undergoing “pre-charge evaluation.”
Lacadin did not name the 21 police officers. He said, however, that most of them were assigned in Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, and Olongapo City.
The Central Luzon police director said he already ordered the chief of the PRO3 Human Resource and Personnel Division to carefully scrutinize all documents submitted by applicants, particularly those coming from the Civil Service Commission and the National Police Commission, to prevent further fraudulent enlistment.
He said the police continue to “weed out hoodlums and punish the undisciplined” within the organization by strict application of applicable rules and regulations.

Korean resort cannot claim ownership of domain
Được đăng bởi Man United
CITY OF SAN FERNANDO -- The Department of Tourism (DOT) Central Luzon said Thursday that Korean wellness facility Punings Hot Springs cannot claim ownership of a property in its vicinity, much less prohibit people from using the same as entry point to certain places beyond.
This was the reply of the DOT-Central Luzon regarding the incident report involving the members of the Land Rover Club of the Philippines led by Pampanga Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc. Vice-Chairman Rene Romero and the management of Puning Hot Springs.
In his February 24 letter to National Economic and Development Authority Regional Director Severino Santos, DOT Regional Director Rolando Tiotuico said that Sitio Target at Barangay Sapangbato in Angeles City "is a public domain and cannot be owned by any private individual or corporation including its roads and other infrastructures thereat."
"While the Korean company initiated and covered the cost of building the passage enroute to Sacobia riverbed, the same cannot claim ownership of the property much less prohibit people from using the same as entry point to certain places beyond," Tiotuico said.
Tiotuico said that while Romero and other government agencies like the Department of Environment and Natural Resources claim that the area is public domain intended for common public welfare, still the indigenous community continue to claim proprietary ownership over the area invoking their right to ownership and possession (as ancestral domain) under the provisions of the Indigenous People’s Rights Act 8371.
"In fact, it is said that the Korean company provides monthly compensation to the cultural community located in Sitio Target," Tiotuico said.
Tiotuico recommended that the legal opinion of the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) be sought on the matter, particularly on the IP’s rights to ancestral domain such as riverbeds and waterways.
Earlier, Punings Hot Springs was again in hot water, as groups condemned an alleged barring incident recently that involved the resort's management staff along a public road that leads to an Aeta community.
Romero, Pampanga Off-Roaders Club Inc. (Porci) head Engr. Marni Castro, Land Rover Club president Robby Limjoco and other 4x4 club officials publicly criticized the management of the resort for the barring incident.
Romero said they were repeatedly barred by staff of the resort when they tried to access a public road going to Sitio Target.
The said road happens to be also the road being used by tourists who go to the resort.
Romero said they were ferrying with them tourists and pilots of the 20th International Hot Air Balloon Festival when they were repeatedly barred by staff of the resort.
He said they were surprised that the management of the resort seems to have jurisdiction of the said road.
“It was a very big surprise for us. We actually communicated with the management of the resort what happened,” Romero said, but lamented that the answer of the resort over the incident was not to their liking.
Limjoco, for his part said they were surprised after they were barred access, saying while the resort has 4x4 vehicles that ferry regular tourists, others should not be barred from accessing any public road.
Romero said they understand the investments of the Koreans in the Puning Hot Springs Resort in terms of maintaining the route, but they believe that Filipinos should not be deprived of the vital access roads.
In 2014, the Provincial Government of Pampanga, based on published reports, issued “a legal opinion that the dried-up portion of the Sacobia riverbed is the property of the public domain, which can only be regulated by the State and not by any private entity.”
Romero said there was a “gentleman’s agreement” to set regulations on fair use of the riverbed in 2014, but nothing substantial came out of it.
The groups also criticized the resort’s alleged continuing refusal to grant access along the said riverbed.
