Monstar Nightclub Opens in OLD ULTRA Location, Off to a quiet start in Angeles City Pampanga Philippines

Được đăng bởi Man United on Saturday, December 3, 2016

People around Walking Street may have seen the posters stuck to the walls and many people handing out flyers advertising a new nightclub in Angeles City Pampanga Philippines.

This weekend it opened for the first time in the hidden spot at the McDonalds end of Walking Street located next to Bar No 9 and Bar Nana in a left alleyway position ... for those who are Angeles regulars its located where ULTRA used to be.

Does this Club have a chance?

The success of this club really depends on the owners and promoters ability to draw a crowd and create a true identity, we know a mini High Society does not work, Lewis, Prince Charles, Aaron and his team invested but realized their bread and butter remained High Society where people would walk in straight from the street without any issues, the business had been built over a number of years and had a format that worked. When Ultra was opened the choice of management was wrong with many of them just trying to get into girls pants rather than run a decent club resulting in only the ugly and desperate girls drinking in Ultra towards the end of its existence.

If the owners are looking for an example of a Nightclub perfectly designed for Koreans in Angeles city need to look no further than ZYZZX Nightclub located in Ermita/Malate in Manila, the music is K-POP the girls who go there are Filipinos who are wishing they were Korean wearing white make up, contacts lens, some even speaking to their Korean customers (Freelance) in Korean language. The club has 20/30 tables and a dance-floor each table requires a minimum order of 3000 pesos for anyone to even stand/sit at the table but guess what its packed out, the girls know the guys are genuine and willing to spend money (that suits Korean and Japanese style). This club is packed out 6 days out of 7 per week with Koreans making it their partying home in Manila in what is a 100% freelance disco.

One thing that really works is the facility looks great, its slick and actually has decent capacity for 300+ people to have a great night providing the entertainment matches the appetite of Koreans in Angeles City as from where I am standing Skytrax have done everything possible to keep the Koreans spending money there.

What will make it worth visiting?

Girls, Girls, Girls will be the key to it all... now many will not be so exited about the ULTRA club re-opening, and the Notorious Crew from High Society returning as people can hear their music every night in High Society and they are very good but this club needs to be different. The K-Pop and sexy fashion will be on display and guess what Skytrax on an average night has better looking girls than anywhere in town and they are all there to please their Korean and Japanese Boyfriends/Employers.

Availability of girls is KEY... Why do so many Malaysians go to High Society and Koreans go to Skytrax?? its because the FREELANCE girls are cheaper than going to the bars with the average freelance transaction in those two clubs being 1500 per girl per night in comparison to a bar release which can range from 2000 to 4000 pesos depending on the bar and girl.

Typically Korean style girls don't speak to white guys in Skytrax unless they are 100% single and need the money so don't expect Monstar to be any different unless they remarkably can appeal to a broader range of girls who want to try something different to the two current longstanding clubs in town.

Management is key to this club working but like I mentioned before they need to focus on running a good club and not trying to get girls to go to their homes and hotels, I remember clearly one manager at Ultra was asking girls to go to his place as Euro Asia Hotel throughout the Ultra existence while not being concerned by the lack of customers especially males spending money in the club (some owners would feel a bit let down by this type of management style)

What club will be mostly affected by Monstar opening?

It really depends, SKYTRAX would be most at risk should they really follow in the ZYZZX style and create a true KOREAN style club with K-POP. High Society would only be affected if Monstar became a really exceptional party venue it would take a big effort but its not impossible.

Will this affect the NEW ABC Nightclub due to open in 2017?

No I don't think so, ABC are looking to make a world class venue like Valkyrie in Manila where the quality of girls is high and the drinks etc can rise from High Society price to prime time New York price depending on your willingness to spend. The one thing we can guarantee with ABC is quality so the cross over between Monstar and this new SUPERCLUB will be minimal.

Manila Times Raises case for president to investigate Sex Bars in the Philippines - We don't Agree with this view

Được đăng bởi Man United

The greatest challenge of the war on drugs for President Rodrigo Duterte is the proliferation of the daily dangerous drugs sales in the twenty thousand or so sex bars and karaoke clubs in the red light districts of the Philippines. His greatest success and legacy will be if he has the courage and the political will of the tough-talking “Punisher” to save the minors and the women in the sex bars.

This will be his greatest challenge and he will surely rise to meet it and he can save this generation and the next as he vows to do.

No one, especially all the poor Filipinos, should be enslaved as victims of human trafficking to serve to satisfy the sexual addictions and drug dependency of the foreign sex tourists and the locals. Hundreds of thousands of children and young girls are forced, lured and trafficked into the sex industry every year and sold to the foreign and local sex tourists as if they are the throwaway Filipinos, fodder for the satisfaction of the male predators. Many are infected with HIV-Aids as a result of their abuse by the far traveling sex tourists.

The foreign sex tourists come here because they believe there is no punishment that they are encouraged to abuse the minors and women in the bars because the sex bars have a mayor’s permit to operate. Go to any one city like here in Olongapo City or Angeles City, Cebu City, Davao City and you will be disgusted and feel ashamed.

There you will see in any of the sex bars dozens of overweight, obese middle-aged foreigners of all nationalities sitting with young girls on their knees and pawing them as they watch other young girls gyrate and put on a sex show.

The girls force a smile, others look very miserable and sad. How could a young person be happy being the sex slave to these sex tourists? They take the girl to a room at the back of the bar or to a hotel and rape and abuse them sometimes with violence. They do acts of abuse they could never do in their own countries.

It is all part of the business. Millions of dollars change hands and a few pesos are given to the victims. If the girl gets pregnant, there is the forced abortion in a clinic nearby. The mama-sans takes care of that and a fetus is ripped out and flushed down the toilet. In this secret and dirty trade of human persons, the cost in human life is enormous.

The foreign sex tourists get away with child abuse because they believe the police are corrupt and protecting the drug and sex trade and they can pay bribes and then do what they like. Philippine National Police Chief Ronald Dela Rosa wept in the senate hearing when he heard how corrupt the police were.

Police in some jails will even offer a young girl in detention to a visitor for a price. “It’s a win-win for her, for me and for you,” one policeman told an undercover reporter.

Cybersex crimes with children to please foreign customers viewing live online is a terrible abuse of a child. Many people think that the crime is just a child taking off her clothes in front of an Internet connected camera. But it is much more serious. It is rape live on camera. Australian Peter Scully raped and murdered a six-year-old child on camera in the Philippines and sold it abroad. It is still going on. Foreign child sex abusers video their acts and sell them over the Internet.

Children as young as eight to twelve are raped live by adult males on live web-cam. Foreign customers on the other side of the world view the crime as it happens. That is a daily crime and it is ongoing wherever there is an Internet connection in the sex dens and bars, in the slums and hotel rooms. The desire for money to buy drugs is part of it.

President Duterte, the Punisher, will surely catch up with them and give them their just punishment and justice for the children and the victims of violence and abuse. These are the foreign sex tourists who are destroying the image of the Philippines and causing dependency of the poor Filipino on them.

It is a disgrace to the nation that mayors are giving permits and even owning sex bars themselves and are blameworthy for allowing it to happen as a daily business. The children and girls are made into drug dependent and they need to be freed and get help protection and treatment. The operators and drug pushers in the clubs must be brought to justice.

President Duterte can win freedom for hundreds of thousands minors and young women in bondage to the clubs and sex bars. His police need not shoot anybody. He has only to issue an executive order forbidding the operation of these houses of hell, close the dens and sex bars and end the drug addiction and sexual abuses of minors and young women.

To stop the cybersex, he only has to implement the Anti-Child Pornography Act of 2009 otherwise known as RA 9775. This mandates the Internet server providers to block and filter out child porn. But they don’t do it ,they violate the law and are criminally liable.Besides the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) is not implementing the law. Why not? Horrific child porn is available to minors on smart phones nowadays. Your child could be viewing it unwittingly.

The law has to be amended to make the punishment not fines but jail sentences. Who better to clean up the corruption but the President and have a war against cyber crime and he must challenge the super rich Internet corporations that are above the law.

Fontana Lesuire Park and Casino in DEEP TROUBLE as Duterte wants gaming boss Lam arrested in Angeles City, Philippines (Clark)

Được đăng bởi Man United

Police are under orders to arrest Jack Lam, a Chinese gaming operator at Fontana Leisure Park and Casino in Clark Field in Pampanga, for alleged bribery and economic sabotage.

Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Director General Ronald dela Rosa said in a dzMM radio interview it was President Duterte himself who ordered a manhunt for the Chinese businessman. Also ordered arrested was his Filipino interpreter, retired police general Wally Sombero, for arranging the alleged bribe offer.

“We are appealing to anybody who knows where Jack Lam is to report his location to the nearest police station. He is a Chinese national operating an online gaming at Fontana in Clark,” Dela Rosa said.

Lam’s lawyer Raymond Fortun declined to comment when told of Dela Rosa’s announcement.

“I wouldn’t know,” he told The STAR when asked about Lam’s whereabouts.

Dela Rosa said the President’s order was in line with the arrest of more than 1,000 undocumented Chinese nationals during a raid led by the Bureau of Immigration on Fontana recently. The Chinese rounded up were reportedly working illegally for Lam’s online gaming operations.

Lam allegedly tried to facilitate the release of the arrested undocumented Chinese by offering, through Sombero, a bribe of undisclosed amount to Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II.

Fortun, however, denied the bribery claim, saying the meeting with Aguirre in a hotel in Bonifacio Global City on Nov. 26 lasted only for five to 10 minutes and his client was not even able to speak a word.

“Whatever Mr. Sombero told the justice secretary was a matter between the two of them. Mr. Lam had no reason to bribe anyone as his operations are legitimate,” Fortun said in an earlier television interview.

Dela Rosa said the President had specifically instructed him to carry out Lam’s and Sombero’s arrest.

“I am giving orders to all my PNP units to arrest him immediately as ordered by the President for the case of bribery and economic sabotage. We hope you can help us. Isama na rin si Sombero (include Sombero),” Del Rosa said.

Dela Rosa admitted there was no warrant for Lam’s arrest and that he had instructed BI chief Jaime Morento to be on the lookout for Lam.

Clark growing as traffic jams plague NAIA - Manila Bulletin

Được đăng bởi Man United

While officials argue about how to boost the capacity of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) or whether to move it to Sangley Point in Cavite, more and more passengers are turning to Clark in Pampanga.

For years, the distance to Pampanga was a big negative factor for a transfer to Clark. It was proposed that a high-speed train be built, so that arriving passengers from abroad can quickly reach Metro Manila, as in certain other cities of the world today, notably Hong Kong, Tokyo, and London.

But, with the unending traffic jam in Metro Manila, it now takes about three hours to reach NAIA from most parts of Metro Manila. It takes only an hour from Manila to Clark. Thus, Clark International Airport Corp. President Alexander Cauguiran said, about 1.8 million passengers a year now fly out of Clark. They are served by Emirates of Dubai, Qatar of Doha, Dragonair of Hong Kong, Tiger Air of Singapore, Jim Air of Korea, Cebu Pacific and Philippine Airlines of the Philippines. Many of the departing passengers are Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) from Visayas and Mindanao, he said.

The limitations of NAIA have long been noted by government officials. There was talk of building another runway, but there is no longer enough space for one as the surrounding area is now filled with housing subdivisions. The latest proposal by congressmen seeks to decongest NAIA by moving general aviation (private planes) and small commercial aircraft to Sangley Point.

NAIA has only 6.7 hectares of land, with three international terminals accommodating 28 million passengers a year. In contrast, Clark has some 4,000 hectares that used to be the base of the US 13th Air Force, with two giant runways capable of accommodating the US Space Shuttle in case of an emergency. The area around Clark is fast being developed by major Philippine enterprises, in expectation that this will soon be a major economic center in the country.

Clark airport is growing on its own, without the benefit of a government decision making it the prime international gateway to Manila. It has limitless room for expansion. The traffic problem in Metro Manila is moving travelers to fly out of Clark, including OFWs, 6,000 of whom depart Clark daily. As more passengers see how much more practical it is to use Clark, it is bound to grow on its own and eclipse other airports in the counry, includng NAIA
