ABC HotelPrice: Cheapest Room 5,620 php per night, Most expensive room for 2 people 26,000 php per night, if you have a big family in town the 4 bedroom option is now 56,000 php per night.
Location: Don Juico Avenue - Midtown
Room furnishing: Luxurious and quality with great detail and design unlike any hotel in town.
Food service: The food is okay, many dishes, many options, great service but lacks that real specialization that makes people go there for dinner as a location of choice.
Cleanliness: Cleanest hotel in town, many staff on duty at all times keeping standards high.
Quality of Staff: Exceptional, well trained and proud to work there.
Transport Services: Free driver within AC (best to tip 50/100 pesos per journey) he just saved you sitting in a trike!
Widus HotelPrice: Executive Room 5,500 php per night, Most expensive room for 2 people 15,000 php per night
Location: 5400 Manuel A. Roxas Highway, Clark Freeport Zone (a bit out of the way)
Room furnishing: Business smart white, clean.
Food service: Excellent for steak in Peppers 21 their high quality steak house which serves a wide variety of imported U.S Certified Angus Beef and the in-house favorite 21-day dry-aged Australian Mulwarra grass-fed steak.
Cleanliness: okay nothing bad but does not stand out either way.
Quality of Staff: Laid back I get the opinion that if you are not Korean then you dont matter, if they work on this aspect more western and international visitors will be coming to visit quite soon.
Transport Services: Taxi or Trike services available and Airport Pickup. No Free services into Angeles or Bar district.
Central Park Tower
Price: Executive Room 3,300 php per night, Crown Jacuzzi Suite 7,500 php per night
Location: Great location, Next to Penthouse Hotel and Swiss Chalet and behind Crystal Palace, Tropix and Bodyshop bars.
Room furnishing: Business clean, well furnished and perfect for a short term stay.
Food service: The Pizza is good, the rooftop restaurant is a decent experience my recommendation is the Baby Back Ribs (mouthwatering) a real good spot to take girls but to eat and drink without being outdated or seedy like many AC restaurants.
Cleanliness: Rooms clean enough, In the restaurant they are slow to clear tables.
Quality of Staff: Average, Lazy and trained to the minimum
Transport Services: Taxi or Trike, no in-house services
Lewis GrandPrice: Special King Suite 3055 php per night, Bachelor Suite 18,283 php per night
Location: On the Perimeter on 21st street just before the block of bars that include Candy Bar and Night Moves.
Room furnishing: Decent enough, well laid out. Air conditioning units seem to be not working well in the cheaper rooms.
Food service: Not a very nice breakfast but lunch and regular dining menu seems quite international and impressive.
Cleanliness: All good except the swimming pool which gives you free body paint
Quality of Staff: Front desk staff are excellent and friendly, Management seem to be always in a meeting when something is wrong.
Transport Services: In house drivers and trikes available
Prime Asia Hotel
Price Deluxe King w/ Bathtub 2,307 php per night, Presidential Suite 10,683 php per night
Location: Out of the way from the bars but not too far away just past the old Tiger Hotel, Narciso Ave Malabanas.
Room furnishing: Identical to Central Park Tower. Clean new and corporate looking.
Food service: Good food provided by the massively overpriced Piccalo Padre but terrible food provided by their in-house alternative basically forcing customers to pay extra and visit the Italian, Great Cheese walnut pasta dish on the menu and Lasagna like your mum used to make.
Cleanliness: Clean and nothing to complain
Quality of Staff: Reception staff excellent, cleaners took my Rolex but did give it back (maybe they used it for a date)
Transport Services: In house taxi service (not free) and trikes available
Penthouse Hotel
Price Superior Room 4500 php per night, Penthouse Suite 18,000 php per night.
Location: The Hotel is right next to Swiss Chalet and opposite Central Park tower just a stone throw away from Walking Street, Penthouse rear of the hotel is actually on Santos Street for those who enjoy a 6 am exploration mission. Probably the best located Hotel in town.
Room furnishing: Identical in many ways to Central Park tower with major highlights being its modern style bathtubs and glass barriers between bedroom and bathroom.
Food service: They don't actually make food on premises but do offer the Lewis Grand menu for residents to order from.
Cleanliness: Very clean indeed and the cleaners are very active when asked to check anything they may have missed.
Quality of Staff: Cleaning team is good, front desk is laid back but friendly.
Transport Services: The hotel call a taxi and have trikes outside but taxi service is terrible and slow.
Grand Central Hotel
Price Deluxe Room 3289 php per night incl tax, Suite 3656 per night including tax
Location: On walking street next too and opposite many of Angeles City's busiest bars and clubs.
Room furnishing: Okay, there is open space within the rooms and its well maintained but lacks that modern look that more expensive competitors provide.
Food service: They have reasonable food offered by Gotham Cafe (the coffee shop owned by the hotel operating at the entrance) they offer good pricing and have some of the most attractive waitresses in town.
Cleanliness: Well maintained due to excellent work by cleaning team.
Quality of Staff: Friendly on the front desk, some people could confuse their flirting with actually being interested in a little bit more than a tip. Overall decent.
Transport Services: Taxi and Trikes available via reception
Queens Hotel
Price Economy Room (nice name) 2,990 php per night, Balcony Executive Room 4,990 php per night, they do offer 45% discount via their website at key times during the year.
Location: 1136 Tinio St / Constain St which is just walking distance from Fields Avenue and all the famous drinking bars.
Room furnishing: Fresh and unspectacular but everything you need from a good VFM hotel
Food service: The TRUMP card for Queens is certainly the RBI Steakhouse Restaurant located on the ground floor right next to the beautiful swimming pool, for many people this is the best place to eat in town without doubt, for me I rate it highly but feel the staff may need a kick up the bum to stay motivated on customers.
Cleanliness: Well maintained and professionally managed.
Quality of Staff: Hotel, front desk and cleaning all good, RBI staff a bit lazy but friendly enough.
Transport Services: They do offer an airport pickup and trikes are positioned right outside.
Valentino's Hotel
Price: Deluxe Room 2350 php per night (and actually very nice), Executive Room 3200 php per night (excellent value)
Location: The Hotel is located right off the main strip of Fields Avenue. which keeps it away from the noise and commotion for a quiet and peaceful environment. However a one minute walk will get you to the fun and excitement.
Room furnishing: Modern and clean, the TV in the Deluxe is quite old style and limited but in the Executive Room its a large LCD screen.
Food service: Offer daily breakfast to customers and cheap appetizers, its hardly a great place to eat but its so close to many excellent places so no problem.
Cleanliness: Exceptional
Quality of Staff: Friendly and helpful.
Transport Services: Taxi and Trike services available outside or via reception
Royal Amsterdam "The old mans favorite"
Price: Superior Room 2107 php per night, Panorama Room 4126 php per night (they discount for cash)
Location: On walking street next too and opposite many of Angeles City's busiest bars and clubs.
Room furnishing: Okay, there is open space within the rooms and its well maintained but lacks that modern look that more expensive competitors provide.
Food service: The restaurant offers a large menu of fair priced International and Filipino food with daily changing specials from 7am to 1am daily. Seems to be quiet but I've heard no complaints.
Cleanliness: Decent, the older hotels are hard to maintain but staff doing well.
Quality of Staff: Hotel staff are welcoming and friendly, Restaurant staff laid back and lazy
Transport Services: They do have a pick up service from Clark Airport plus Taxi and Trike services available outside or via reception
Devera Hotel
Price Junior Standard Room 1,200 php per night, Junior Suite 3,750 php per night
Location: Located very close to ABC Hotel and Ponytails bar in Mid-Town. It is a great spot to be walking to either perimeter or walking street anytime of day or night.
Room furnishing: Really quite decent, the cheapest rooms are small and cozy but the Junior Suite is actually top quality on the rooftop.
Food service Not very good but its nice eating from the rooftop
Cleanliness: Very clean due to excellent staff
Quality of Staff: Very friendly front desk team and some very beautiful too.
Transport Services: They do offer pick up drop off to Clark and Manila for extra fees, Trikes operating outside also.
Walkabout Hotel
Price: Standard Room 1,600 php per night, Jacuzzi Room 2,750 php per night.
Location: Walking Street (Balibago far end just past High Society and next to Club Asia)
Room furnishing: Old, Old, did i just say old? It's affordable and business has been good since it opened, the owners much have done well with it but don't visit if you are expecting any kind of luxury.
Food service: Nothing in-house but McDonalds, Jumong, Hello Kitty Cafe (the fake version) and Sea Story are all a stone throw away.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Quality of Staff: Excellent and Friendly.
Transport Services: Airport pickup. Van pickup is php 3,500 and car pickup is php 2,700. Clark Pick-up php 400, Trikes available on Walking Street 24/7
Boomerang Hotel
Price: Outback rooms 1800 php per night, Family Suite 4,300 php per night.
Location: Perimeter, near Club Rio and walking distance from Candy Bar, Ice Bar and Fire Pit
Room furnishing: Basic old style but nothing to complain about
Food service: Excellent pork adobo so the girls tell me.
Cleanliness: Quite decent given its an old building
Quality of Staff: Friendly and helpful
Transport Services: FREE Guest Shuttle Service plus trikes available nearby
Euro Asia Hotel
Price Superior 1047 php per night, Executive 1,620 php per night.
Location: In the middle halfway to fields half way to the perimeter and for the price it was great if your looking to impress a girl this is not the place if your looking to stay cheap wifi is good and it has a decent pool area, location just okay
Room furnishing: Average although somewhat outdated.
Food service Along with 2 restaurants, this hotel has an outdoor pool and a poolside bar. Free WiFi in public areas and free self parking are also provided. Other amenities include 3 coffee shops/cafés, a conference center, and spa services.
Cleanliness: The hotel is fading and looking its age, rooms are big but the upper floors seem to be cleaner and more attractive.
Quality of Staff: Management known to hit on girls, but the reception girls are friendly, seems training needed to reach a strong performance level on a consistent basis.
Transport Services: Airport pickup from Clark and Manila provided for extra fee, trikes available outside.

Let's face it 2.2m is a bargain in this day for Condo's of this quality in 2016 thats 45,000 USD or 36,500 GBP and in HKD its 350,800 all very affordable.
Price to rent: From 22,000 php plus 5,000 cleaning and services fee per month for a Studio and upto 42,000 php per month.
Location: Kandi Villa, Flora St., Josefa Sub-division, Malabanias which is just within 5 minutes walk to Angeles City’s bar and entertainment district and 10 minutes to the popular SM-Clark Mall. Additionally when heading to the Perimeter Bars its a 15 minute walk or a 100 peso trike journey.
Room furnishing: Exceptional, you really have to see it to believe it, having spent many thousands of pesos in almost every hotel and condo in town I can tell you Kandi Towers are a breathtaking next level up to their already sold out development's. Kandi Tower 2 is under construction and already has 80% of the rooms taken by investors.
Cleanliness: Rooms cleaned daily with the exception of Monday's (maids day off) all rooms cleaned well daily.
Quality of Staff: Management are friendly and helpful and always willing to spend time with residents staying in Kandi, the front desk staff are a friendly enough and look very relaxed, The Korean gentleman is exceptional with attracting new customers and buyers. Security Guards are friendly and professional.
Transport Services: There is a Grosvenor Suites mini bus pick up bus for residents staying there, for Kandi Towers there is Trikes available outside and Taxi's via reception.
Fields Plaza Suites
Price to Rent Junior Suite 6,250 php per night, 2 bed room penthouse 19,300 php per night (a junior suite is available to book via Walkabout Hotel staff for 4,500 per night), there has been a 10% discount for long term monthly stays. There has been a few of these condo's sold between 8-16 million pesos over the last few years.
Location: Situated on the corner of the world-famous nightlife district of Fields Avenue and MacArthur highway, the prime commercial district with easy access to Clark Freeport.
Room furnishing: Fields Plaza Suites is the cream of elite accommodations in Angeles City, Philippines, bringing together the superlative qualities of top condominiums and hotels in the world. With serviced apartments that give the highest level of luxury, sumptuously furnished units, and a regal ambiance. TOP QUALITY place with a BIG PRICE TAG for Angeles City, this is regularly fully booked and once you stay its hard to then revert to staying in Hotels with the exception of ABC.
Cleanliness: Top quality from the Condo version of ABC Hotel.
Quality of Staff: You rarely seem them but efficient and helpful when required.

Location: Located right in front of Ayala Marquee Mall and 10 minutes away from Clark International Airport. Not WALKING distance to bars or safe to walk via Mountain View to Balibago. Trikes to Walking street 100/150 pesos depending on the driver.
Room furnishing: Brand new & fully furnished, with cable, wifi, laundry area, all rooms with Air Conditioning. This facility has exceptional family facilities but not really recommended for the single guy in town.
Cleanliness: Exceptionally kept
Quality of Staff: Polite and quiet, helpful when needed.
Transport Services: Taxi or Trike but no in-house services.
Horizon Tower One
Price for Sale:From 2.8m php per studio condo upto 5m php for 2 bedroom condo.
Price to rent: From 2,480 php per night or 17,360 php for 7 nights and 32,000 php per month plus electric.
Location: Upper perimeter, towards Clarkton Hotel and near Korean Bars such as Lipstick, Orange Bar, Miss A and Day Bar so ideal for a Korean style monger on a mission.
Room furnishing: Clean and new but quite basic, in comparison with Kandi does not really stand up in terms of design and living the good life but in terms of a solid investment its decent.
Cleanliness: Dustbin facilities and cleaning services a bit lacking.
Quality of Staff: Front desk seem quite distant although the manager is impressive and friendly.

Ambassador Suites
Price to buy: starting at 3.9m php
Location: Close to Kandi Tower, Flora Street, Josefa Subd.,Malabanias.
Room furnishing: The Ambassador Suites offers a decent level of long term quality, comfort, refinement and sophistication especially for Angeles City, the designs are nice and fresh, not as fancy as Kandi towers or Fields Plaza but comparable with Horizon for certain.
Cleanliness: Well maintained and very new.
Quality of Staff: Friendly and helpful.
Transport Services: Taxi and Trikes.
Affinity Condo Resort
Price to rent: Rooms from 1805 php per night.
Location: 107A Sofia Street Josefa Subdivision Malabanias
Room furnishing: Nice traditional looking rooms, really aimed at the cheap long term visitor. Nice leather sofas and TV is LCD.
Cleanliness: Many complaints about towels and rooms not being as clean as they should be, other people claim it to be good, seems like they need a bit more consistency
Quality of Staff: Welcoming on arrival, need a bit of work with understanding customer standards.

Bourbon Street Condo Hotel
Price to rent: 2107 php per night for economy 2 person fully furnished condo with Kitchen, 4,440 php per night for Penthouse standard condo with 55 inch TV and quality facilities.
Location: Located right in the center of the tourist vicinity making it a convenient location in close proximity to the Avenue where the bars and nightlife are situated. Being the central hub for nightlife, Bourbon Street Condotel still maintains its security, privacy for its tenants, and inaudibility to the hustle and bustle of the busy streets.
